IDCC/Nokia Arbitration deals with a rate for Nokia covered sales for a 12 Quarter Period..only the 12th Quarter numbers would be subject to question..


Loop: Are you confident, without doubt, that F&J is aware of this occurrence (Nokia Citing on guidance, or lack thereof)and thereby has the opportunity to consider it the way you have? Guess what I'm seeking is a reasonable expectation that F&J is hip to what may have transpired back at the evidentiary hearing and that they would not miss this news item. You, as a Texas lawyer with experience in general matters of this nature, am I being reasonable in my belief that F&J currently knows of this?
