I love it that Tom said "We've really done our homework" because the past has shown this guy overlooks a lot of the little things... such as $1.5 million owed to the guy you bought the shell froms wife convertible at .001, tons of back taxes owed on another shell, buying store chain that was a lot worse than the seller said, buying a shell from a guy convicted of securities fraud on that shell... this guy really must like homework... or is he finally changing his ways?
