I've been guessing that extra 4 billion or so shares are going to be used for a private placement to raise funds but the big question is at what price. The shares would probably be restricted for a while, maybe have some warrants or something to go along, but that is still dilution.

I was thinking the issue price would be around .0016 (back when we were in the '30s) but that was before todays mini crash. On the other hand, it could be that such a deal has already been worked out, word has leaked and that is, in fact, at or near the price.

We'll see......
