You don't know the reason for lawyers moving on. It could've been a mutual breakup. Maybe they were incompetent? Not doing a good job? Too slow? Charging too much? Maybe one of them screwed up and upset ASR?

I've been involved with enough lawyers to know it DOESN'T raise red flags if a business and law firm go their separate ways. It happens every day. Not concerned.
