these guys at tac-air have impeccable reputations and bring huge credibility, just look at their bio's, these guys collectively have served our country for more than 100 years, look at fogleman, former chief of the airforce. if it were a scam these guys would have cleared their names long ago from any association to a scam. BUT THEY HAVENT, its been a year now and it seems that the merger is as close as ever to getting executed.
