Where's the buyers? I agree that all this news is positive, yet the only real record that matters is the low volume. Everyone was touting the future events that would propel the stock - 1) The financials, 2) The name change, 3) The cancellation of shares. All of which has happened. What has the stock done? Gone down. That to me is not a good sign. When positive events do not drive up the stock, that bothers me. But, that's just me. Call me fickle.
