That sums it up.

I don't think sell off a result of any fundamental change in the outlook. The grid storage vs car battery comment needs some clarification. I don't think anyone expects to see a vanadium only car battery. It's too big relative to energy output. The car battery tech uses V, but also is primarily Li.
