What did I miss? The bid is still there. There are eight Market Makers on the bid for .0001. That is not the same no bid we experienced in the recent past. Further, when we went to zero bid in the recent past, there was no R/S.


Finally, this one may scare the children, an R/S at this stage will not harm the company or the shareholders.


A R/S will not change the value of one's investment. Yes your share count goes down, but the value per share increases, and balances.

A R/S will help minimize future dilution because it will require less shares to accomplish the same goals, because their value is higher.

A R/S will increase the share price, eliminate anymore fear of a R/S, and will actually attract new investors driving the price even higher.

I still contend that only an insider could possibly know what is happening with the shares, and why.
