CEOs take reputations with them..............

It's not an issue of merely going to another company or another board. InoLife Technologies is the issue here. It is an issue of investor awareness where the SEC and our criminal complaint system does not, evidently can not, protect investors from Microcap crime or management incompetence or even Wall Street crime and incompetence from the very top. If government can't do it we may see how fellow investors might protect themselves.

Every time investors get ripped off in some scam the over all market is impacted negatively through the loss of positive sentiment and the cash those investors may bring into play. Misleading investors in clever plays victimizes far more than just the individual who invested.

I look forward to finding out that INOL is something more than another PHMB and that a company is being formed here in this case that will not result in an endlessly down trending chart staggering from one press release pump to the next. Oh, that is what we are seeing here already, isn't it! Too late! And if someone is a BAG HOLDER in another Berthold play, yep, Too late!.

I'm all for supporting free market capitalism, just not corruption. Those engaged in it need to be identified for the protection of new investors who do not yet know how to do proper "DD" and the protection of the market we enjoy trading in. It can be honest and it can be real, really honest and productive. All companies will not succeed! That is a fact! Companies with the intention of not succeeding, paper hanging companies bilking investors out of their money, should be identified as engaging in "Snake Oil" sales and stopped in their tracks.

So, if history speaks for itself, if reputation means anything, learn your history well and remember all of those who would have their way with your life. At the very least take a look at the charting and financials before jumping headlong into a rainbow story about a pot of gold.

Good luck, as this play will most certainly count on luck in lieu of skill and viable support. And for those who insist on promoting their amoral rhetoric through PMs, you do your case in this life no justice at all.
