The restricted shares comment about the shares soon becoming unrestricted is more elusive. And that's why I put a bunch of ?????? after it.

So, I skimmed through posts on this board related to the restricted shares. Seems first notice of them showed up in January. And get this-- there's still a bunch of ??????.

Nobody seems to know how these restricted shares came into existence, what sort of cash they raised (if any), who owns them, and- what I'd be aching to know if I were holding any DPBE shares- when they become unrestricted.

When, exactly, is the float going to potentially jump 50%? Considering this trades 1M shares on a good day, that's gonna knock the piss out of the pps.

So, while I certainly can't verify when those shares become unrestricted, not being able to verify is worse. Sort of like trying to belly crawl through a mine field blind folded. I'd have the TA on speed dial.
