The company is doing what it can to get up to date with the SEC. Of course that is what the company would do, What would you say or do. If I owned 70% of the company I would work hard to get those issues ironed out and would let my share holders know what was going on as soon as possible. If I was on suspension for having question about prs and finacials I would NOT run right out and put another pr out uhtil I was sure I wasn't going to make matters worse. So everyone needs to hang tight and see where things end up in the following weeks. JMHO
