The markdowns werent that high from what i saw...The highest I saw at Bloomies was 25-50% on selected items with an additional 10% if you got a charge card. There are very little markdowns, if any, that I saw at Tiffany's and Miki Moto. Maybe it was an aberration but from what I saw this weekend, there was spending, whether it conitinues is another story.
