Some confusion over the filing.................

Refer to pages 5 and 6 and you may see that there are long range views based on current values and a full draw on the $15,000,000. I don't think that the number is totally hypothetical any more than the forward thinking of the FLTT information posting and that it represents one of many worse case scenarios.

Perhaps a little out of context and not clearly explained! I need to review this more closely also just to be sure that I get it. Nevertheless, I think that the post may be fair game to draw attention to the legal aspects surrounding the Kodiak loan impact risks. Hopefully that will all be a mute point as we move forward.

I'd certainly welcome more discussion and a better understanding of the filing and the loan potential impacts.
