Sec 10, I don't have the time or desire to dig through all the junk Our-Street and determine what is wrong or isn't wrong. Everyone who follows this board knows that OurStreet got it wrong about the Rao case and there are numerous news reports that mention all of their false reports. Just Google "Timothy Miles" and "Nick Tracy" and you will see what I'm talking about. Did I mention that Our-Street's author and founder is being sued by the SEC?

Now were you going to explain to the other investors here why you are telling blatant lies about the company? Could you explain this post for us:

You would think a suit for more than the net worth of the company would merit an 8-k filing
