How many other $290 million "i4is" are out there?

On Thursday and Friday respectively, 2 decisions were finalized that may collectively serve to empower Wilan even more.

1)The U.S. Supreme Court ruling in favor of i4i in it's $290 million win over Microsoft.

2)Wilan announcing a licensing agreement with Poynt, a company that has already developed technologies that have helped make multi-billion dollar markets a reality.


Poynt is one of "hundreds" of small companies yet to achieve the critical mass necessary to singlehandedly keep the big infringers from stealing their valuable patents.

Poynt's CEO stated "WiLAN's licensing capabilities are second to none."

And Jim Skippen once said.."I am building a patent powerhouse. It is up to you the shareholder whether you want to come along for the ride or not."
