First of all, you are not ZLUS investor. Therefore, I don't have to go through such effort to post the case. 2nd of all, ZLUS won the case and their debt is reduced by 70%. Last I checked, that was the ONLY sue ZLUS got that was big enough to be PR about. Please link all these so call other sues you know about? Nothing right? That is all I needs to know and you need to know.
If you want to have a good argument, then go do your own research. Right now, you got baseless and general claim that dated 2008-9. Please come back when you are more well informed and up to date. You do realized there are many things that went on that cause Rainbolt to resign. Too many stalker. You got to think outside the box. Lastly, I didn't miss any point regarding CEO stepping down. Rainbolt is still going to help ZLUS with his Kepco connection. I see nothing wrong with Rainbolt leaving since he doesn't give update to shareholders. Shareholders were upset. CEO step down. Everyone dislike AULT and he was a temp CEO. You do know what the word temp CEO is right? Just in case you didn't learn that word, it means Ault won't be CEO for long. Also, everyone dislike AULT but I liked him more than rainbolt as a shareholder who like info/transparency.
