CPRK/Wilf Blum/Alenxander Lindale, LLC - that is interesting reading that litigation report

Which says the following:

The complaint further alleges that Dotson knowingly allowed Alexander Lindale and Blum, a Salt Lake City stock promoter, to issue additional false press releases and conduct an unregistered offer and distribution of Copper King stock. Alexander Lindale and Blum were assisted by Bennett, a disbarred Utah attorney, who authored bogus stock tradability opinion letters when he was not properly licensed to issue such opinions. Bennett’s stock tradability opinion letters were used as the legal authority that enabled Copper King’s stock transfer agent to issue and distribute the company’s stock pursuant to Blum’s instructions.

The complaint also alleges that Alexander Lindale and Blum raised an approximate $12,280,419 in proceeds from Blum’s improper sales Copper King stock from 2008 through 2010. Blum provided Copper King with approximately $9,063,567 in cash or services while Alexander Lindale received approximately $3,291,352 from Blum’s sales Copper King stock. The complaint alleges that Alexander Lindale and Blum also operated as unregistered brokers or dealers.

Made me think back to this lawsuit that Wilf Blum and ALEXANDER LlNDALE, LLC filed against a message board poster:

In that lawsuit they claimed to have stopped working for CPRK in 2008 because of the damage done by the message board poster:

25. Plaintiff, Alexander Lindale, until May 16, 2008, had an Independent contractor relationship with Copper King Mining Corporation to provide public relations services.

26. As a result of Defendant's incessant defamatory and misleading postings about Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs have responded to numerous calls from officials of Copper King who were concerned about the postings by Defendant.

27. Since the onslaught of Defendant's false and defamatory postings about Plaintiffs, Copper King terminated its contract with Plaintiff Alexander Lindale.

28. As a result of the termination of the Copper King contract, Alexander Lindale stands to lose 30,000,000 shares of restricted stock in Copper King.

Just a side note - the geologist that did the geology report for CPRK, Joseph Dunlop, was also stripped of his license in the state of Utah for making false reports overstating the value of the properties by hundreds of millions (if not billions) of dollars.
