StoopsSooners. Agree with you on the relative unimportance of an advanced education. There's no need for every CEO to be an MBA.

HOWEVER, if this same person is such a miserable public speaker and is incapable of organizing and communicating in a reasonable, credible manner........then maybe a return to some type of formal education would be in order.
