lastchoice: I am sure that is part of the reason. But in reality, I am sure NOKIA was giving it to IDCC up the ying-yang prior to the Ericy settlement. IMO, IDCC was trying to close the deal on the rate and NOKIA wasn't coming to the table. IDCC knew NOKIA was trying to screw them. They settled with Ericy to force the issue out in the open.
