LOL! If he wants to be an "investor" he should go by 4 shares of AAPL and he can tell us all how he made a quick 5% on his money this time next year. He can then roll that $70 profit into GOOG for the next year etc. etc...

It's simple, risk vs reward. This is why we are all here. The next thing these guys will be telling us is, no body ever makes money on penny stocks. Bud, I know that you know this is just not true lol.
