They've signed a great deal, I think the teporary overhand is do to the fact tha Posco has the option to buy up to $25 million dollars worth of Li3 at .25cents. Posco's DD should be done in a week or so, and then we'll know what amout they're putting in.

That's all the insight I can offer right now.
