Why this misleading headline when you state- "Reuters.com - No Spin. No Agenda. Just the Facts. As they happen"

This is old "news", as the body of the article stated referencing Gartner's comments in March and Qualcomm's revised guidance given in April.

Your misleading headline was repeated a second time on Yahoo, and carried throughout the morning on the CNBC ticker.
