Hey, you can say all you want that they are not diluting, but that was a direct link to the SEC document they filed. They file one every couple weeks showing the increase.

Now read the latest info on the last couple finance deals. You will see that they have about $26-28 million in shares to convert at 0.014 per share. Works out to about 1.8-2.0 BILLION more shares.

THIS IS NOT WHAT I'M SAYING, IT IS DIRECTLY FROM THE SEC DOCUMENTS THE COMPANY FILED.
