GCP has a revoked license in Okla. Out of 3 licenses in Miss. only 1 is active, they had a licencs hearing in Ind. today and a judge in Cal. signed a judgement order against GCP in favor of Prority Pharmaceuticals on May 3, 2011 in the amount of $371K plus court costs plus legal fees.

I wonder if Gary had told the other board members of INOL about all that before $300K worth of InoHealth's property was shipped to GCP, as released in a PR by Gary today. It wouldn't matter if he had told the other board members all that, they couldn't vote it down anyway because Gary and Sharon have vote control.
