Thanks Bankshot. I missed the PR where the CEO relayed his goal to uplist PVSP to Nasdaq. This quote is very telling: "We hope to move forward quickly, enhance our capital structure and share price". Yes, no doubt, the NetCapital deal was brewing for awhile. Also, in light of the CEO's recent insider purchases at 10 cents and above (he bought 145,000 shares at 20 cents last November for a price tag of $29,000!), he's more motivated than anyone to "enhance our capital structure and share price".

Admittedly, I didn't think we would get this much of a retracement, but the seller (we think CD conversions)doesn't have an endless supply. With about 93 million in volume the past 2 weeks, he must have offloaded a sizable amount already. Hopefully when we clear out the remainder, it should be an elevator up stock. I'm still waiting for the big reveal here from Fanning et al. We know there's a PR coming (any day) with respect to this as indicated by the recent PR:

"We are eager to bring additional technologies to Pervasip," added Fanning. "Not all VoIP is created equal, and we have found the VoIP network at Pervasip to be of superior quality and reliability. We therefore plan to combine it with other technologies, such as wireless spectrum, so Pervasip can fully take advantage of the world-wide mobile Internet revolution."

Fanning continued, "Microsoft's purchase of Skype is a significant validation of the mobile VoIP space. We believe there is great value in Pervasip and that we can unlock that value for investors."

What technologies are Fanning so eager to bring to PVSP? I discussed this with Bankshot and didn't want to elaborate too much due to the pump element, but could Fanning be planning to merge or RM another company into PVSP? At any rate, it seems Fanning is planning on utilizing the advantages of synergy to take PVSP to the next level. For those unclear what synergy entails(one of the primary reasons for mergers), here's a wiki explanation:

"Synergy, in general, may be defined as two or more things functioning together to produce a result not independently obtainable. That is, if elements A and B are combined, the result is greater than the expected arithmetic sum A+B."

Greater sounds good to me:)
