The amount of money needed is nothing. Lets call it 5 million. That is less than the value of 50 million shares of MDMN or 7% of the Company. We are not negotiating a buy-out. We are negotiating a funding for a drilling program. That is why all the information we have is based on the Company retaining the operational control of the next stage.

The big money is down the road after the drilling program proves out the asset.
