an exchange like 1 new share for 10 old (or 1 new share for 100 old) is the way. it's not exactly a R/S but it's the same concept.

that's what I expect to happen. why would they have a settlement into a new company, with new shares and have the new company on the Pinksheets. Obviously they want to be on NYSE and not go through the hassle of R/S and uplisting after the conversion.
