Data; my interpretation is that the trial can start anytime after 31st Oct and is scheduled to last for 15 days. The start date is dependent on the court's earlier trials finishing.

FWIW, my other interpretation is that this is good news and presages a settlement w/NOK. The Ericy trial start was similarly delayed on the court house steps. The UK trial was due to start (anytime after) May 11 - so the parties needed to be ready. Then on May 13 the trial gets pushed back to Oct 31.

Too much coincidence with a new CEO preaching "business solutions". JMO, JMO. JK
