oldschoolfool - you are very right - no way would a owner bash their own company - the shareholders DO need to see the filings - good or bad - but Evan and Stacy are the only ones that can post those filings -

the anticipation of waiting for the filings is hard - Evan wants to put all the Money into the product line to raise revenues - but IMO the filing fee should not cut into the product line account that much
