This is partly what I wanted to determine. One, validity of a forum member's claim, and two, whether we might be playing a "deaf telephone" game, twisting Frank into a bad character. To me, today, he made it clear that it wasn't a guarantee, but what he was TOLD.

He did sound surprised when I mentioned the EXACT hour. But, that is my SUBJECTIVE judgment of how he SOUNDED... so don't take that as a fact.
