Cillo as Frank's puppet... it just makes him seem like the "money lord" or something. I'm skeptical as to the complexity of the matter. I am more likely to believe in lack of the employees' knowledge and skill, whether it be Frank's lack of Public Relations experience, or Cillo's self-centeredness (my gut feeling about him).

Basically, I am more prone to believe that EAFN will bring some competence into EFLN... and that I hope will come with competence in CHOOSING the right people to do the job.

So, what I see is not so much of a negative or positive outlook for this company. What I see is a CHANCE for it to be positive.
