Dish, what everyone is failing to factor in is the probability that a favorable arbitration ruling for IDCC will quickly lead to a 3G license with ERICY, which, in turn, would trigger 3G royalty obligations for NOK and SAM. This should also be followed by a sequence of 3G licenses with several other pending licensees, including MOT. The domino effect will quickly add up to significantly higher revenues than what the analysts are willing to discuss at this time.
