Definition of a scam

This is somewhat subjective. But for the purpose of our work, we'll define it as obtaining money by means of deception including fake personalities, fake photos, fake template letters, non-existent addresses and phone numbers, forged documents.

It does not have to be a specific person in conversation to another specific person. Does BEHL and it's promoters have similarities and matching criteria to the definitions of what a scam is by many definitions out there? Pretty simple and obvious answer, YES. Spinning it any other way and denying it is just being an accomplice to it.
