Explains a lot... 15-May-11 12:51 pm I saw somewhere that YA Global Is involved with this company. In my opinion, YA is the cookedest of the crooked in the PIPE financing scam business. The MO is to do a convertible financing and then naked short the stock and then convert shares at the repressed price. It's called a death spiral. You can see that YA and it's forerunner Cornell have both been subject to legal action in the past. Why they are still in this business is a testament to the capture of our regulatory apparatus. It is a shame that these crooks are being allowed to turn our capital markets into a sham, ruining countless small businesses int eh process.

In the end, YA global ends up con tolling the company or it's assets by either converting at shares at ludicrous prices or letting the company go bankrupt whereby the company's assets are transferred to them in bankruptcy court as the collateral on the loans.

IMO, the chance that there is some great news on the horizon that will set this company and it's shareholders on the roads to riches is very remote and in all likelihood YA is ramping the price up trying to sucker enough mo mo players in to be able to unload

Think about it, ifnyou take maybe .005 as the average price paid on this run up and multiply by the about 200 million sharesbtaht have been traded, you get about $1 million. That is all. only a fraction of that would have to have been paid by YA as they suckered in other buyers. At some point, and who knows when, the price will be too high for them to play the game any more and then YA dumps. Of course, this is hypothetical, but it seems much more likely to me than that some big news has leaked.

I have free shares now, so I will hold just in case I'm wrong, but I would in no way be a buyer of this stock until I actually saw some good news or there was a big pullback followed by consolidation at a level well above recent lows. Even then, I probably would not buy, knowing YA global is involved and having seen the joke of a website this company has up. Rating :
