Kwan made some absolutely outrageous claims here last night. The court situation was just one. How would he possibly know what went on in court? Was he there? No. Is he the spokeperson for the courts? No Is he the spokesperson for the judge? No again. Therefore, I can only conclude that his opinion came from someone who clearly has a side in this. Speaking only for me, that's hardly an opinion I'd trust but others can choose to do as they may.

Sir, the burden of proof is CLEARLY on you. You are the one who has injected himself into this discussion on a public message board.

Your comments are WITHOUT basis at this point and again I ask you "how in the world you would know what went on in the court WITHOUT having been there? You have been fed information from someone with a strong opinion, which speaks to BIAS, not facts. The judge has made NO decision at this point in time, so why do you speak for him???"

Maybe Kwan needs to tell everyone who he works for and what his role here is?

Many here have lost alot of money being in QASP yet here you ride onto the scene to 'save' people?! Pardon me for being sensible but I have to question who you work for. What role do you have in this? What kind of payday are you hoping for out of this and at whose expense?

Remember, you are the one who felt the need to come to this board and speak for a judge and for Mr. Owens. I have a hunch they are both men who can do that for themselves quite well. GLTA
