Keep in mind that this PR mentions VoIPLabs Inc., NOT VoIPLabs Holdings, Inc. The Nevada SOS shows both companies listed under the same agent and address. But VoIPLabs, Inc. missed it's officers due date and there are no further actions. Whether VPBH is a subsidiary of Telatinos or a standalone corp is anyone's guess at this point. Following these stocks is a full time job, IMO.
