I'd be much more interested in a 10-Ks and 10-Qs than in any press release. These are the real questions:
1) ARE there any revenues? Are there ANY operating call centers?
2) what are the terms of the merger between Sound Worldwide and Chatterbox (or Chatterbox's predecessor companies)?
3) Given that the most recent filings show that CXLL has no cash and no financing lined up, how are they going to execute their stated business plan without giving up significant equity?
4) What's the current status in regard to insider sales? HAS Wakabayashi been selling? Someone certainly has been, the stock is down 80% on increasing volume since the symbol change was announced.
5) Despite repeated (I'd say near CONTINUOUS) promises of 8-Ks regarding acquisitions, there have been ZERO announcements.
