But since it got voted down, what does it matter anymore? We learned they wish to uplist to Nasdaq and get audited. That's more info than we knew before the proxy, but now there's no "danger" of the R/S. So now going forward, those who didn't want the R/S effectively got everything they wanted- insider buy, plan to uplist, plan to get audited. Now the "cart is before the horse" for a R/S in the future. The price has yet to react how they predicted, however.
