I have heard every MM declared as "the biggest Diluter out there", but a MM can't dilute without having a client with a lot of shares to dump. They certainly can't dilute on their own as they can't create their own shares.

At a minimum, the recent acquisition and the cost of moving from CA to FL had to cost many shares because they don't have the cash to finance it. Whoever received those shares will eventual run out of shares to sell and I suspect, that's when CANT will go away.
