L2v, 05/31/2005 is the drop dead date and the ICC on that date will notify Nokia/IDCC of the results. Since this will be a material event win,lose or draw it requires an 8-K with in 3 days.

Any news prior to that would be a settlement of some sort which is also a material event. Like Merritt said we will be hearing from him over the next few weeks.
