No question that its a large let down if the filing was not submitted late yesterday. I do believe the filing would have shown up already had it been done so we can probably expect nothing premarket.

The auditors have nothing to do with missing the filing. In order to PR a statement like they did yesterday they would have needed to have the completed audit in hand. If they did not then its a management fail and not the auditors. Delays by auditors are common place but this time its a company fail.

Oh well its still a start up operation so I will see how it plays out. Also what 2 countries are the auditors from. I know they changed firms but I didn't realize one was from another country.

Good luck all, we are going to need it I think. I have my fingers crossed that the two cent mark holds today but I would not rule out a crash back into the upper 1's. Barring any release that is.
