So, SWSH is being attacked by shorts and unethical "journalism". A negative article is written with the sole objective of profiting from short positions. The disclosure buried on the 5th page shows the obvious motive of "journalist" Melissa Davis.

Maybe I am naive, but I have more confidence in Wayne Huizenga and Steve Berrard than a short scheme slam site. Wayne and Steve have a proven track record of building winners through acquisitions, exactly what they are doing with Swisher. Both are vested with over 25 million shares. Wayne Huizenga is a man of distinction. He's the only person in history to build three Fortune 1000 companies practically from scratch: Waste Management, Blockbuster Entertainment and AutoNation.

Who are you going to bet on, Wayne and Steve (Wayne's 25 year right hand man)or sneaky Melissa and her smelly agenda?
