Who said it is Kuni that diluted. There are convertible debentures as a result of Staff-Is acquisition.
It is these that are being sold, just debt. Kuni addressed this in one of the e-mails. He would be
seeking to end this dilution and probably offer the creditor another non dilutive deal.
What if such a deal has been made and Polaris with the new 12M company seek to buy back 25% of the float.

It could also be the Indian investors buying shares. Fact is that this MM is brand new to the stock
and accountable for most of April's volume and almost all executed at the ask.
