Can someone find out EXACTLY what this means to LFBG, that was not ALREADY in place before, and if this means that another entity ALREADY in place was then terminated for this new company to come in ?

Also, how much will this service cost up front, and how much as we go along. i.e. What are the costs associated with it ?
