Dear Miss Ashley,

Many shareholders are understandably concerned about their investment in Homeland Security Network. Include me in that group. It would be very beneficial from a good will perspective if the company would put out a press release to update the shareholders about where the company is in getting back on the Pinksheets and/or the OTCBB.

What is the current status of the SEC allegations regarding market manipulation? Has this issue been resolved? Shareholders need to know. The longer the status quo continues with no word from the company, the more shareholders will lose in the value of their investment. I'm sure you keep up with the stock price and you are well aware of the current trend.

Another question I have concerns Mobile Remedies International. I can find no information on your east coast distributor, not even a phone number. Can you provide me with a phone number and an address?

How are the filings coming along? What yet needs to be filed to enable us to get back on the pinksheets and/or otcbb? When will this be accomplished? What problems are being encountered?

Please update your shareholders or at least respond to my email. It would be hugely appreciated.
