I think you are right that some fake names may have been used for the registration for some of these domain names (quite a few may be real too though)

The most common and important names may be
Roman Marek (seems to be an original founder of this organization - he registered bullishstockreport.com and bullishstockreport.net on Dec 23, 2005)
Ana Rivoira (seems to be a current very key member - registered the most sites including some of the main ones involved in the promotions)
Mauricio Mandaglio (may be the one running the server out of Argentina - he also shows up from 2005 as the registrant of the other oldest stock promotion site linked to this server - bullishreport.com on Dec 23, 2005 - probably the other original founder besides Roman Marek)
Diego Ortega (the name connected to Gekko Industries - lives in Argentina)

Going through and just taking the most basic information from the WhoIs for each of the websites linked to the same server we get some interesting finds:

The similar fax numbers (555-555-5555)
The identical privacy policies on the stock promotion sites
Argentina connections
The use of rocketmail and ymail
Virtual office addresses
Domains purchased through namecheap.com
All sites set up through a Parallel Server
Every active site has an option to sign up for a newsletter

Seems to me that real people from all over the country may have been recruited to set up and run a website for this organization. Since every single one of these websites has a newsletter sign up there may be a lot more sites promoting LEXG than just the 7 sites you have definitively linked to the LEXG promotions. It is painfully obviously that all of these websites are connected and that individuals recruited into this organization were given specific instructions which may have included a recommendation to use a virtual office (though a small handful opted to use their real address), a never before used generic free email address, the 555-555-5555 fax number, etc.

My initial conclusion is that this is being run mainly out of Argentina (the server and key members may be from Argentina) and possibly includes the Bahamas in some way (in the passing of money).

Argentina could make sense also because some of the property claims are in Argentina and because the January 2011 offshore private placement could have involved a couple of investors in Argentina.

By agreement dated January 18, 2011, the Company entered into a Purchase Option Agreement to acquire an undivided 60% interest in certain mineral claims known as the Salta Agua Claims located in Salta Province, Argentina.

On January 27, 2011, the Company issued 250,000 shares of common stock in a private placement to two unrelated off-shore investors at $1 per share for total cash proceeds of $250,000.

I know this post is long and there is a lot to go through, but along the way I highlight some interesting finds.
