All the individuals working for the benefit of MDMN do so without cash compensation. Additionally, some of these individuals incur out of pocket expenses. They probably receive shares, that they are required to pay taxes on at the date they receive the shares and must sell a portion of these shares to cover the taxes.

This is not unusual and happens in many companies every day. It also does not reflect on their view of the Company or their expected change in SP in the long term. It is just what is required to pay the bills and Uncle Sam.

If you see a Board member selling 10 + million in shares at a pop let me know.
