Ron, I heard what you heard but with a different twist of which I won't post because rumors are worthless.

From your post you said, "Another scenario has Nokia so mad at Goldberg/Tilden that they refused to negotiate with IDCC as long as they were around."

I find that comment impossible. There's no way Tilden should be included in any negotiating or potential licensing agreement. Goldberg IMO would have participated.
