yeah maria, this gets us a little better of a timeline. last time the merger execution date was set for jan 31st. they filed and extension on feb 2nd. The extension deadline is this coming Sunday. Which means we should have some news early to mid next week at the latest i would say. Makes some sense, get the fins out of the way, which wont have any impact, then bring on the merger details.
