Good news is they are under contract with Robert kiyosaki rich dad education. Bad news is the same(he takes over half the profits in a business model that is hard to be profitable in.)

Trump had the same business model for seminars and shut down after a year due to no profit.

Armando Montelongo teaches the same education and runs the company himself. He has taken the best of what Tigrent had and kept it private.

Tigrent as a business could be profitable but is ran in a way they will never succeed. While they are still kicking along to this day (www.richdadeducation.com) the profit margin is not there.

No idea why the stock jumped a couple days ago I will have to ask around and see if I can find any news.
